Default Is El Nino dying off?

Just wondering what you guys think about the possibility of this current weak El Nino dying off ?

Will it really die off completely or exhibit neutral conditions even though it's a weka El Nino?

And what about the PDO and PNA...

I think the El Nino will hold on through winter, but it will not be a normal El Nino though.
